ViBGYOR Film Collective, Thrissur, Kerala
ViBGYOR Film Collective, formed in 2006, coordinates the annual ViBGYOR International Film Festival for short and documentary films in Thrissur and the associated activities across the country, spread throughout the year. Major ViBGYOR initiatives are `ViBGYOR Touring Film Festivals’, `Village ViBGYOR’, `Campus ViBGYOR’, `Film Workshops’ and monthly screenings. ViBGYOR Film Collective is registered under the Travancore Cochin Literary Scientific and Charitable Societies Act No: R 179/07 and has its central office at 2nd Floor, Kalliath Square, Palace Road, Thrissur, Kerala, India.

Position: Office cum Programme Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

Office Management
1.      Manage the general office functions as per the suggestions and instructions by the Secretary and Executives of the Organization
2.      Managing the ViBGYOR Film Archives which contains more than 1500 Films from the rest of the world.
3.      Responsible for all correspondence like Request Letters, Email Correspondences, telephonic conversations and proposals related with ViBGYOR with govt. and Non Govt organizations.
4.      Responsible for keeping the minutes of Executive Committee, General Body Meeting and ViBGYOR Organizing Committee meetings
Programme Coordination
1.      Coordinate ViBGYOR International Film Festival.
2.      Coordinate all programmes related with ViBGYOR as per the suggestions from the Executive Committee.
3.      Coordinate Campus/ Village ViBGYORs in different campuses and villages in Kerala.
4.      Organize screening and discussions in collaboration with different organizations in Kerala
5.      Sent detailed reports on time to the concerned agencies / Partners for the smooth functioning of programme.
6.      Develop Young volunteer System for easy access to the public.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.      Coordinate all the activities related to the new recruitments through the recruitment agencies for the group. And responsible for all the correspondence with the recruitment agencies regarding new recruitments under the supervision of Group HR Manager.
2.      Receive, review and forward the appropriate CV’s of applicant’s to various departments for various positions as per their requirements.
3.      Open personal files for new employees; update Employee Details Form and maintain existing Personal files.
4.      Provide administrative assistance to two sister companies (Unimix Block Industry & Dubai National Transport) as per the advice of concerned HR In charge. Responsible for all HR related activities ie; processing of leave applications, prepare the end of service entitlements documents for termination/resignation, Passport control and processing of all applications submitted by the employees.
5.      Perform other related duties as advised by the Immediate Superior (HR Manager)

     Roles and Responsibilities

         I have a working experience as a District Facilitator in an information campaign run by KSACS in Thrissur district from November 2006 onwards to December 2006. This project is mainly worked to create health awareness programes for the marginalized societies like PLHA, sexuality minorities, construction workers, migrant population. General community is also a targeted population of the project.
